NOODLE SOUP:

LOADED FRIES
-Make frozen fries in the air fryer
-Fry garlic, scallions and tofu in some oil
-Add cabbage, paprika, salt, ginger powder, garlic powder, chili flakes, hoisin sauce and soy sauce
-Serve with sriracha mayo and sesame

OVEN POTATOES + CREAMY CHICK’N:
-Cook potatoes in salted water 5-7mins
-Add oil, salt and pepper and bake at 220C/450F for 30mins

-For the chick’n blend 190g canned chickpeas, 130g vital wheat gluten, 75g flour, 125ml water, a pinch of salt
-Shape into 8 pieces and cook in veg stock for 10mins
-Fry onion, garlic and sun dried tomatoes in oil
-Add the chicken 1 TBSP flour and 400ml plant milk
-Season with tomato paste, lemon juice, salt, paprika, dried herbs and chili flakes

DAL PALAK + ROTI:
-270g flour
-180ml water
-a pinch of salt
KNEAD then set aside 30minutes. SHAPE into 8 roots. FRY each side for 2-3mins

-FRY onion, garlic and chili in oil
-ADD turmeric, ginger, salt and Garam Masala
-ADD spinach, Brussel sprouts and lentils
-DEGLAZE with veg stock
-SIMMER until the lentils are soft and finish with lemon juice
