This is a famous sri lankan dessert, recipe called Broken Glass Jelly Pudding, you can also call it rainbow jelly, as we add in different colours of jelly flavours to enhance the taste of this pudding. Lemon flavored Jelly
Strawberry flavored Jelly
Mango flavored Jelly
Orange flavored Jelly
250ml hot water for each jelly packets
6 tsp of Gelatin powder
100ml of water
390g of Condense Milk
400ml of water
