Here’s the recipe for Vegan Meringues:
– 1/8 tsp Cream of TarTar
– 1 can of Aquafaba (canned chickpea water)
– 150 g Icing Sugar
– 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Coconut Cream recipe:
– 1 can Coconut cream (must be ½ can thick cream and ½ can milk)
– 1 tbsp Icing Sugar
– ½ Vanilla Bean
Molecular Cuisine Mango Spheres:
– 1 L Water
– 5 g Sodium Alginate (you can buy a Reverse Specification pack HERE: https://amzn.to/2XjVJwt)
– 200 g Mango Puree
– 6 g Calcium Lactate (included in the above RS package)
