Breakfast sandwiches are the perfect meal to wake up to or to take with you on the go. This super easy low calorie high protein breakfast sandwich will give you the perfect amount of protein cut on additional calories and satisfy any of those fast food cravings. I love this copycat mcdonalds recipe and i hope you do too. In this video you’ll see an easy biscuit recipe along with how to put together a low calorie breakfast sandwich.

McDonalds Breakfast Sandwich l Low Calorie Breakfast Sandwich for Weight Loss 300 Calories
McDonalds Breakfast Sandwich
80g self rising flour
150g NF greek yogurt
32g whey/casein protein
2g baking powder
14g lite butter
Sausage patty
68g 98% FF ground beef
1/4 tsp garlic powder / onion powder
1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
Dash of salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp low calorie sweetener
Egg
60g egg beaters
1. Toss lite butter into freezer. Recommend using a stiff butter for creating the biscuit dough
2. Place flour, greek yogurt, protein powder and baking powder into one bowl.
3. mix gently as to not over mix.
5. Drop butter sporadically throughout the crumbled dough and fold together
6. Create biscuits using a well floured surface and cutter
7. Top biscuits with butter spray and salt and place into oven at 420 for 20-25 minutes.
8. Make sausage patty and folded egg and top off with fake natty cheese.
9. Enjoy!
