Mushroom fried rice is a very simple and healthy recipe. It seems when you combine the Rice with Mushrooms and few simple ingredients. This Mushroom Fried Rice is made in minutes. In this Mushrooms are cooked in a flavourful garlic and ginger and then combined with cooked rice, vegetables and pepper powder which gives it such a depth of flavour. This Mushroom fried rice is so delicious.

Ingredients :

Basmati Rice – 250 grams 

Mushrooms – 250 grams 

Carrot – 1

Beans – 5

Frozen Green Peas – 1/4 Cup

Spring onions – 1/4 Cup 

Green Chillies – 2 

Garlic (Finely Chopped) – 1 1/2 Tsp 

Ginger (Finely Chopped) – 1 Tsp 

Pepper Powder – 

Soya Sauce – 1 Tbsp 

Salt – As Per Taste 

NOTE : 1 CUP = 250 ML
