These decadent pancakes are too good to be true specially if I told you THE WHOLE STACK (8 pancakes) has only 150 CALORIES

???? Ingredients
1.Small eggs: 2 (80 grams for both of them)
You wanna whip the eggs until nice and creamy (my camera wasn’t recording so I couldn’t film that part)
2.All purpose flour or oat flour: 1.5-2 tablespoons (16 grams)
3.Zero calorie sugar: 2 tablespoons OR 1 tablespoon of white sugar (12.5 grams)
4.Vanilla essence: A few drops
5.Applesauce: 2 teaspoons (10 grams), It’s 2 teaspoons and not tablespoons, OR 2 tablespoons of low fat yogurt (28 grams)

???? IMPORTANT
The size of my pancakes in this video isn’t small (I know the fork in the end makes them look a lot smaller) It’s the angle of the video

????Sugar free maple syrup would add 8 calories per tablespoon

????Here’s the recipe for applesauce

????You don’t need to add any oil if the pan is non-stick

???? Calorie breakdown:
Eggs (38 grams each): 56×2= 108
Flour: 1.5 tablespoons = 33 calories
Applesauce, unsweetened: 5 calories roughly
