Protein Dosa is a high protein breakfast, based on plants protein. It is very nutritious recipe for all age group, especially for muscle gain, kids and diabetic person. It is a best recipe for weight loss. I have made this protein dosa with coconut chutney.

Ingredients :
For Dosa :
1 cup rice
1/4 cup green gram whole (Sabut mung)
1/4 cup split chickpea (chana dal)
1/4 cup pigeon pea (arhar/toor dal)
1/4 cup finger millet (ragi/nachni)
1/4 cup black gram split (urad dal)
1/4 cup raw peanuts
1/2 tsp. fenugreek seeds
1 inch ginger
Salt as per taste

For Chutney :
1 cup fresh coconut
1/2 cup roasted split chickpea (chana dal)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
3 green chilis
Salt as per taste
For tempering (tadaka) :
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. mustard seeds
1 tsp. black gram split (urad dal)
1 tsp. split chickpea (chana dal)
8 to10 curry leaves

1 कप चावल
1/4 कप साबुत मूंग
1/4 कप चना दाल
1/4 कप अरहर दाल
1/4 कप finger millet (रागी/नाचनी)
1/4 कप उड़द दाल
1/4 कप कच्ची मूंगफली
1/2 छोटा चम्मच मेथी दाना
1 इंच अदरक
नमक स्वादानुसार

चटनी के लिए :
1 कप ताज़ा नारियल
1/2 कप चना दाल
1/2 छोटा चम्मच जीरा
3 हरी मिर्च
नमक स्वादानुसार
तड़के के लिए :
1 चम्मच तेल
1 चम्मच सरसों के दानें
1 चम्मच उड़द दाल
1 चम्मच चना दाल
8 से 10 करी पत्ते
