Oil – 4 tbsp / 56 g
Powdered Sugar – 3 & 1/2 tbsp
Condensed Milk – 1/2 cup / 160 g
Milk – 3/4 cup / 160 ml
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Choice of Essence – 1 tsp
Flour/Maida – 1 cup / 125 g
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Whipped Cream & Mangoes for filling & Garnish
Bake for 35- 45 min at 170 Degrees C / 350F
Bake in a Pre Heated Oven & Always in the Middle Rack
