COTTAGE CHEESE MOLTEN BROWNIES!
This recipe is fluffy on the edges, flakey on the top, and gooey in the center! It’s also:
– low carb
– keto friendly
– high in protein
– grain free
– gluten free
– and NUT FREE

Ingredients:
– 1 cup cottage cheese
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used @evolvedchocolate)
– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/2 cup of Bethany’s Pantry protein bake powder (linked in my bio under “Bethany’s Pantry” – this keeps it flour-free and low carb / high protein)
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1 tsp instant coffee (optional)
Blend all the ingredients then bake in a lined 8″ square pan at 350 F for about 20 – 25 minutes. Allow to cool and “deflate” before slicing.
