Ingredients
– 500g cocktail sausages
– 750g minimum of baby potatoes (chopped in half skin on) 🥔
– 3 x carrots 🥕
– 1 x can of chopped tomatoes 🥫
– 2 x tbsp tomato purée 🍅
– 1 x onion 🧅
– 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– Handful of fresh thyme & rosemary 🍃
– 1-2 tbsp of paprika
– 1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
– 150ml red wine 🍷
– 450ml beef stock
– 1-2 bay leaves 🍃
– 1-2 tbsp of cornflour or gravy granules 🥄
– 4 x garlic cloves
– Salt and pepper 🧂
1. Simply cook the sausages on a hot pan for 1-2 minutes
2. Add all ingredients to the slowcooker and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 on low.
Serve with extra mash and crusty bread with butter 🥖 (Serves 4, Could stretch to 6 x portions)
