To Make Masala Paste

Garlic – 8 Cloves
Ginger
Grated Coconut – 3 Tbsp
Red Chilli – 8 Nos
Water

To Make Malaysian Fried Rice

Basmati Rice – 1 Cup ( 250 Ml ) (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RD40bC)
Sesame Oil – 2 Tbsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/37oEDA0)
Mushroom – 1 Bowl
Green Capsicum – 1/2 Cup
Yellow Capsicum – 1/2 Cup
Red Capsicum – 1/2 Cup
Cooked Corn Kernels – 1/2 Cup
Cooked Peas – 1/2 Cup

Vinegar – 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/37oEDA0)
Sugar – 1/2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/45k7SkY)
Spring Onions

Method:

1. Take garlic cloves, ginger, grated coconut, soaked red chillies and soaked chilli water to a mixer jar and grind everything to a fine paste. 2. Take sesame oil a wide kadai and roast the ground masala paste in it until the raw smell goes off.
3. Add mushrooms, green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, salt, pepper powder and mix well.
4. Cook for 5 mins.
5. Add cooked corn kernels, green peas, mix and cook for 5 mins.
6. Add soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and mix well.
7. Add the cooked and cooled basmati rice.
8. Mix the rice gently with a spatula and add the chopped spring onion greens and whites. Mix.
9. Malaysian Fried Rice is ready to be served.

Malaysian Fried Rice is a very flavorful rice recipe which can be made quickly and easily within minutes. For this recipe, we first have to make a nice masala paste, add vegetables to it and then mix them all together with rice and a few sauces. You can add whatever vegetables you want to this one. This is a great lunch/lunchbox recipe. Instead of regular fried rice recipes, you can try this one and enjoy it for special meals.
