Ingredients:
• 4 boneless pork chops
• 2 large sweet potatoes, diced
• 2 cups snipped green beans
• 1 cup uncooked rice
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• ½ cup pepperoncini juice (or chicken broth)
• ½ tsp paprika
• Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in a skillet until browned.
2. In the same skillet, cook onions and garlic until softened.
3. In a 6-quart slow cooker, add sweet potatoes, green beans, rice, and the onion mixture.
4. Place pork chops on top and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
